Mr. Pichitchai brings with him for 29 years experienced in managing functional diversity of accounting, financing, sales and marketing from various industries such as Bangkok Produce; agricultural, Thomson Television; TV broadcasting, Sony; electrical appliance, Pepsi-Cola; beverage manufacturing, Act Media; advertising, and Pfizer.&nbsp;In 2000, he joined Pfizer in a capability of Finance Director for Thailand and Indochina Markets. With 21 years at Pfizer, he has remarkably experienced and strongly engaged numbers of project in particular on M&amp;A such as acquisition of the rich heritage American pharmaceutical company “Warner-Lambert" in 2000 that made Pfizer became second largest drug company in the world at that time. With growth strategy of Pfizer, it built him becoming an expert in M&amp;A from last merging 2 well-known American pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, Pharmacia-Upjohn in 2003 and Wyeth in 2009. Before joining the Pacific Healthcare, he was General Manager of Upjohn Thailand (a Pfizer’s subsidiary) and drove the annual sales turnover nearly 4bn THB.&nbsp;Mr. Pichitchai holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Kasetsart University and Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Marketing from Sri-Phathum University.

Mr. Sermsak brings with him over 17 years of experience in leading MNCs particularly in Accounting and Auditing services, FMCG, Retail, and Pharmaceutical companies with a solid background of Finance and Accounting skills. Prior to joining Pacific Healthcare, he worked at PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC) Thailand as Auditor after that joined Minor Food Group as Business Analyst taking care of The Pizza Company brand. He then moved to Eli Lilly as Finance Planning Manager and got a career promotion to be Financial Controller respectively. In 2011, he moved back to Minor Food Group as Financial Controller for Pizza Company until 2014. He joins us from Thai Union Group where he worked as Financial Director of Thailand and Emerging Market business.&nbsp;Mr. Sermsak holds a Bachelor of Business Accounting from Assumption University and Master of Management from Mahidol University. Moreover, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).”

Ms. Denchan specializes in order-to-cash, principal services, corporate lending, project financing, and debt collection &amp; restructuring.&nbsp;Ms. Denchan, with more than 25 years of her working experiences from various businesses, continuously gained and equipped her knowledges and skills in corporate &amp; project lending from Bangkok Bank Plc., debt negotiating &amp; restricting from Alpha Capital AMC and TISCO Bank Plc., financial analysis &amp; Investor Relations from Samart Telcom Plc., collections, AR management and principal services from Zuellig Pharma Thailand before joining the Pacific Healthcare group of companies.&nbsp;Ms. Denchan joined the Pacific Healthcare group of companies in 2015 as the Head of Order to Cash, which is a new created position, with a clear specific assignment of DSO improvement and proper management of the end-to-end process of Order to Cash for Pacific Healthcare and its related companies and businesses in TH and overseas. During her service years at the Pacific Healthcare group of companies, Ms. Denchan also supported TH warehouse improvement projects, TH Eurodrug’s operation migration project, projects related to working efficiency improvement of TH, PH and VN operations, and else.&nbsp;Ms. Denchan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and Banking from Thammasat University (2nd class honors) and a master’s degree in management from the same university.
