Patrik Bruhlmann has been the Chief Executive Officer at Pacific Healthcare since June 2015 and he also joined the Board of the Group at the same time. Mr. Bruhlmann has wealth of experience gained in Asia Pacific and the Middle East with a variety of Board and Chief Executive Officer positions at organizations with up to 3000 staff.
Patrik joined as Group CEO coming from Australia where he served 5 years as the CEO of Vesture Limited, the second largest property services provider in Australia. Prior to that he gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical (retail and wholesale) industry serving as CEO at Zuellig Pharma in several countries including Saudi Arabia, the Middle East and Asia from 1997 to 2010. He holds a Bachelor degree in hotel management from the famous École Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. He is a graduate of two highly related business schools holding the Executive Pro- gram degree of INSEAD and an MBA degree from the National University of Singapore.

She is ranked as one of Thailand’s leading dispute resolution lawyers by publications including The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Asialaw Profiles which named her the Asia-Pacific Disputes Star of the Year 2015. Tiziana, a lawyer licensed and educated in California, previously practiced at the international law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Known for her ability to develop strategies that not only address, but anticipate, clients’ needs, Tiziana is a perfect fit as part of our board at Pacific Healthcare.

He is CEO of ROCG Asia Pacific with a career spanning over twenty years of providing advice to businesses around the globe. David has worked with clients ranging from start-ups to listed businesses across a wide range of industries and locations with activities from acquisition, strategy, growth, cash flow and general business advisory.

Ms. Dara Menavanich joined PHC in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer bringing with her over 30 years of knowledge and on the ground experience in the cosmetic and medical industries. Ms. Menavanich has progressed through the different roles within the industry starting at Glaxo Smith Kline as a medical representative before being promoted to Field Sales Manager, where she stayed for a further ten years at Glaxo Smith Kline. Taking this experience she joined Zuellig Pharma Co. Ltd., as VP of Sales and Marketing for the last ninteen years before bringing her 32 years of experience to Pacific Healthcare. In her various roles she has successfully lifted the standards of sales teams and leveraged the skill set of her team (including sales reps, area managers, brand manager and business unit director). She has set up talent pooled training that creates a career path for progression within her teams allowing her team to develop further skills and grow. Ms.Dara Menavanich trained Mini MBA from Thammasart Univeristy and is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the Thai Chamber of Commerce. She has also expanded her skills and knowledge through studies with INSEAD in Singapore including sales force effectiveness.

Khun Sermsak brings with him over 17 years of experience in leading MNCs particularly in Accounting and Auditing services, FMCG, Retail, and Pharmaceutical companies with a solid background of Finance and Accounting skills. Prior to joining Pacific Healthcare, he worked at PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC) Thailand as Auditor after that joined Minor Food Group as Business Analyst taking care of The Pizza Company brand. He then moved to Eli Lilly as Finance Planning Manager and got a career promotion to be Financial Controller respectively. In 2011, he moved back to Minor Food Group as Financial Controller for Pizza Company until 2014. He joins us from Thai Union Group where he worked as Financial Director of Thailand and Emerging Market business.

Wilai Pitakmongkol has joined the Pacific Healthcare Group, following an 18 year career with Zuellig Pharma, Thailand. Previously she worked for Cathay Pacific Airways at their Bangkok office. During her career, she focused intensively on business development and customer service experience of clients. Her extensive knowledge of Thai Healthcare environment with its many clients and principals will certainly add a lot of value to our organization.
VP OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE
Mr. Jenpakorn Veerachayapornpong graduated a Bachelor of Hotel & Tourism Management with Second Class Honor at International Programme, Siam University. He was offered a scholarship to pursue the MBA majoring in Marketing Management and International Business Management .After graduated the BBA, he has started his career at one of the best leading hotel in the world, “Mandarin Oriental Hotel Bangkok”. 7 years at Mandarin Oriental in the role of people developer, he has developed and conducted various training sessions for maintaining hotel standard. With competency of business acumen and driving for result, he joined with the premium commercial laundry in Thailand “i-Klean Laundry” as a General Manager at age of 26. He has successfully implemented marketing strategies, resulting in 20% increase in sales with higher market expansion in B2B and B2C. In addition, he has over 12 years’ experience in managing and driving “people and culture” within organizations such as “Miracle Hotel Group” and “Chatrium Residence Sathorn Bangkok Hotel” including the delivery of exclusively created training sessions for executives and companies such as Bank of Ayudhaya, Asia Business Connect, Thai Hotel Association, 3K Battery, Stock Exchange of Thailand, Department of Export Promotion, etc. There are numbers of proven track record of his achievement in driving people and culture. Mr. Jenpakorn Veerachayapornpong joined Pacific Healthcare Group as VP of People and Culture. He has been a valuable asset to the organization bringing experience and commitment to the group.
