Vanida brings over 20 years of experiences driving people growth as well as creating a diverse and inclusive culture in Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage (FMCG), and Technology & Solutions industries from ZTE, MSD, Abbott, Thai Beverage, and Novartis Sandoz. Experiences from executing full-fledged country and HR operations to Center of Expertise roles in Thailand, Indochina and Indonesia markets.
She has progressed through different roles in her career; HR and Administration Manager at ZTE, HR Assistant, HR Executive, Associate C&B Manager, COE-C&B (Thailand & Indonesia) at MSD, HR Development Manager and HRBP Manager at Abbott, HR BU Manager at Thai Beverage, and HR Manager (Thailand & Indochina) at Novartis Sandoz.
She joined us from Novartis, Sandoz Division, with the latest role as Head of People & Organization and Communication where she was one of the key contributors to build and grow business to becoming the leading and well-respected top generics and biosimilar company. With the passion in People & Culture, she had led Sandoz to receive HR Asia - The Most Caring Company Awards 2023.
Vanida joined Pacific Healthcare group as VP of People and Culture in 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from Chulalongkorn University and Master’s degree in Business Administration (Human Resources and Organizational Management).
